Lower Oak Lawn is an urban redevelopment conceived by PegasusAblon in partnership with The Lionstone Group. Lower Oak Lawn lies on the west side of Stemmons Freeway, with its center at Oak Lawn Avenue and Hi Line Drive.
Lower Oak Lawn will feature 1,000+ multifamily residences and a dozen or more new restaurants and retail establishments. Sites are also planned for a boutique hotel and office development.
New developments in Lower Oak Lawn will coexist and enhance the established neighborhood and tenancy rather than replace them. The showroom tenancy and industry influence remain core to the entire project.
